The site will take reasonable precautions to protect the identities, addresses, telephone numbers and personal email addresses of the property owners of Portal III and other individuals. However, board members will be identified as well as people who make presentations and take significant positions.

• Board members will be identified, but address and phone number information will not be made available.

• Authors of presentations who are property owners will be identified, but contact information will not be made available unless the owner desires it to be. (Contact can be made through the board).

• Authors of presentations who are not property owners will be identified and contact information will be made available if supplied.
